Project starting time

So now that I'll have to re-sit a paper for university, I also need a good idea for my project for the paper. Having spent a good amount of time with real concept artisits I feel I've got too long a way to go to succesfully pull off a project centred around character design.

Animation doesn't look too good either with too much to learn for 3D, and 2D taking too long. But I might give it another shot.

I really wish I didn't have to do a website, but I'm not sure I have much other choice about the onscreen content. Maybe try one of those animated comics.

Thoughts? Ideas?
